1.Open the Instagram app on your smartphone

2.Now click on the profile icon located at below right corner. 

3.Click on three line located at upper right corner. 

4.Now click on "Settings" Option. 

5.Now scroll down and click on "Account" Option. 

6.Go to the personal information.

7.Now remove the old email,write your new email and click on confirm. 

8.Now you will receive email on your new email for confirmation.Click on confirm your email address. 

Hence your new email has been added to your Instagram,Now it is time to change your Instagram password follow the below steps. 

1.Open Instagram app on your smartphone. 

2.Click on profile icon located at right below corner. 

3.Now click on three lines located at left upper corner. 

4.Go to the settings option. 

5.Now go to the Security option. 

6.Then click on Password and email will be recived on your new email id with password reset link. 

7.Open the recived email and click on reset password. 

8.Now Create your new password and get login to your Instagram with new password.
