Using G-Mail offline on Android devices is very easy but you need more storage that can store the emails in offline mode and you will able to use G-Mail offline on the G-Mail Android app only, iOS users can't use G-Mail offline. Follow the below steps to use G-Mail in offline mode:
1.Open the G-Mail app on your device
2.Click on the main menu(3 horizontal lines)
3.Now scroll down and click on"settings ".
4.Select the account with which you wish to use G-Mail offline.
5.Scroll down in this menu and find " Data usage"section.
6.Check the "Sync G-Mail" Box.
7. Below this choose how many days you wish to email sync. You can choose a minimum of one day and a maximum of 999 days. Choose according to the space you have and also depending upon how many emails you receive each day, different people receive different amounts of mail every day. Commonly almost 10Mb emails are received daily.
8.Hence from now you can read and write the emails in offline mode when you don't have access to internet.

You can use G-Mail in offline mode on Windows 10 only if you have Chrome upto date if you don't have updated Chrome firstly update it.
1.Open the Chrome browser from your computer and click on G-Mail
2.Now in G-Mail click on the setting gear icon at the top right of the screen.
3.Now find the "offline mode" option and click on it.
4.Find the "enable offline mail" box.
5.Now on the "Sync settings" Choose from how many days you wish to sync emails available offline, you can choose from 7,30 to 90 days from that mails will be available offline. Choose according to the space available if you have little space keep 7 days only.
6.There is also an option to download attachments too but attachments may take more space from your computer.
