The another method of changing app icon and name on Android is by using third party app let's explore how to change.
1.Install x-icon changer application from playstore.
2.Now open the x-icon changer app on your android phone.
3.Select the app whose icon and name you want to change,you can also use search box if you are unable to find the target app.
4.Now click on name to change the name of the app.
5.Select the app icon from the below given icons.
You can also select the any picture from gallery as app icon,just go to photos option,click on gallery and select the desired icon from gallery.
6.When you select the app icon click on ok located at upper right corner and the app will be add to your home screen.
